The Deebot 900 from Ecovacs charmed me out of the box. This robot vacuum cleaner is small and pretty quiet when in use, but not so quiet you’d want it cleaning while you watched a movie. Still, our toddler was so impressed by it, chasing it around the room, that I couldn’t help but think of it more as a pet than a gadget. (read more)
